Mobiliario Smart Andalucía Sl, (hereinafter, ” iURBAN “), in compliance with the regulations on personal data protection, informs the user of the web, of the following conditions, which will govern the processing of personal data in the context of their interaction with it.

The personal data provided in the registration, access, use and interaction on the website will be processed by iURBAN for the following purposes and on the following bases of legitimacy:

3. Time periods for the storage of personal data

At the end of the foreseen storage period (depending on the purpose), the personal data may be kept, duly blocked, for the periods of limitation of the legal actions and responsibilities that may arise, in each case, from the specific processing activity carried out, after which they will be completely deleted.
4. Transfers and recipients of personal data
Personal data, in line with the above-mentioned purposes, may be communicated to: a) To suppliers contracted in the framework of management and maintenance of the website, who will carry out their functions in the capacity of data processors under the supervision of the data controller. b) To Judges, Courts or Public Administrations to whom the data controller is obliged to communicate personal data of a user. The international transfer of participants’ personal data is not foreseen.
